Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning removes the first layer of dead skin cells and facial hair. The removal of dead skin cells spurs the development of new cells, so this treatment has a rejuvenating and brightening effect on the skin. The skin tone evens out and hyperpigmentation (dark spots) can lighten. The removal of dirt, oil and skin cells result in cleaner, smaller pores. It can even improve acne over time. Overall, the skin takes on a fresher and brighter appearance.

The sessions are less than an hour and there is no downtime! It's a red carpet treatment.

 

However, to avoid the "Cinderella Effect," a package of 5-12 treatments are recommended. Starting out with 1 to 2 per week depending on the age of the client and then spanning out to every two weeks until the package is finished. This service is a quick convenient office visit lasting less than an hour.
